I’m Trier (pronounced Tree-Air) and I’m passionate about developing leaders and high-performing teams.
A career Naval helicopter pilot, and most recently a facilitator and coach at the Naval Leadership & Ethics Center, I have been developing people and processes for over twenty years.
No stranger to leading teams through high-risk evolutions or managing scarce resources, I enjoy tailoring approaches to individual needs and inspiring the most out of each team member. Even more, I enjoy coaching others to find this gift within themselves.

I’m a proud wife and mother of two teen boys residing in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
